1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and honey for the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the arugula in a large bowl.
Add the sliced strawberries and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad ingredients.
