Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces Boursin cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced small
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Crostini, baguette slices, or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened Boursin cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly into a small oven-safe baking dish.
  4. In a separate small bowl, gently toss the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt.
  5. Spoon the fresh tomato mixture over the top of the cheese base.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is warm and slightly bubbly around the edges.
  7. Let the dip cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with crostini or crackers.

Notes

  • You can prepare the tomato topping up to 4 hours ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator.
  • For a cold bruschetta dip, skip the baking step and simply layer the room temperature cheese mixture with the fresh topping.
  • This dip is a great Super Bowl party dip option.
