  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large English cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables: dice the avocados, chop the tomatoes, and dice the cucumber. Slice the red onion thinly.
