2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
Pat the salmon fillets completely dry using paper towels. This step helps achieve a crispy exterior.
In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, melted butter, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top (flesh side) of each salmon fillet.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.

Notes
For extra crispy skin, place the salmon skin-side down first and cook for 5 minutes before brushing the top with the butter mixture for the remaining time.
If your fillets are very thick (over 1.5 inches), you may need to reduce the temperature slightly to 380°F (195°C) to prevent the outside from burning before the inside cooks.
